Reasonably good and inexpensive breakfast, surprising hotel.
Large and well heated room with extremely comfy bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. A lot of supplies in the room: central heating, a microwave oven and a refrigerator. What an excellent and extremely friendly staff! Good customer care, parking on-site. Had great location so close to the centre, steps away from Laugavegur.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is right next to a symbolic church and close to the bus stop for pick up/drop off for excursions. Additionally, it is in the center of everything, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The rooms are equipped with a kitchenette and small refrigerator, making it convenient for storing and preparing food. The bed is comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring.
The hotel entrance is on a different street than the lobby, which can be inconvenient, especially during early morning departures.

During our Christmas stay, we really enjoyed the warm and cosy room with a comfortable bed and crisp, clean bedding. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with fine dining and sightseeing tours just a short walk away. Additionally, having a grocery store right next door made it easy for us to grab snacks and breakfast items.
There were a few minor things that could be improved upon. The shower was extremely small, making it a bit uncomfortable.
