comfortable, comfortable, comfortable
I had such a wonderful stay in the Economy Quadruple Room! The shower water pressure was incredible, and I loved having the convenience of a fridge and kettle in the room. Plus, being steps away from Hallgrimskirkja and vibrant dining options made my experience absolutely memorable!
totally recommend 😊💕

The bathroom was dirty, yet the bedding was clean and comfy.

Had an incredible dining adventure with a Vietnamese spot right below the hotel! Plus, I loved how comfortably warm it was inside despite the chilly Reykjavik air.
Funny enough, I thought I’d hit the jackpot with an elevator but realized it didn’t connect to the hotel, so I lugged my bags up some stairs. Still, adventure awaits!

missingWrote a review on Oct 27mini-kitchenprime locationelevator issue
The mini-kitchen lets you skip overpriced meals out and grab essentials from next door. The location’s prime for hitting major sites without needing extensive travel.
The elevator was out of order, leaving me to hoist my gear up multiple flights of stairs. Internet connection was flaky at best, barely hanging on as I tried to stay connected. Some fixtures, like the cupboard door, were broken, and the bathroom facilities felt cramped with crumbling tiles and a sensitive shower control. Overall, the maintenance in the room could use some serious attention.

The location was fantastic, just steps away from the cathedral and vibrant downtown! Amenities like the kettle and fridge made the stay even better, though I would’ve preferred a tidier room upon arrival.

I was pleased with the comfy bed and the kitchenette, but the room's decor felt a bit worn. I might consider a different place next time.

missingWrote a review on May 31great locationhelpful staffdated roombathroom maintenancenoise issues
The hotel benefits from an excellent location near Bus Stop 8, making it easy to catch tours and explore the city. The staff were particularly accommodating. they assisted with luggage from a sister guest house, which made a late-night arrival smoother. The room had a microwave and kitchen sink, adding convenience for solo dining. However, the room felt dated, with minimal upkeep needed in the bathroom facilities, and some noise from the street was disruptive at times.

The location of Downtown is outstanding, ideally situated for easy access to popular attractions in Reykjavik. The Economy Quadruple Room I stayed in had several amenities, including a kettle and fridge, which greatly enhanced my stay. The room was adequately comfortable for my needs, offering a decent space to relax after a busy day of work.
